हमारी पहाड़ी महिलाओं की मेहनत, सपनों और परंपराओं की यह गाथा केवल खेती तक सीमित नहीं है, बल्कि यह जज़्बे, आत्मनिर्भरताऔर जीवन मूल्यों की कहानी भी है।
हर सुबह लक्ष्मी खेतों में उतरती हैं, अनाज और हरी घास की देखभाल करती हैं। कांती अपनी बल्वेर खेतों में उगाई जाने वाली उत्तमदालों के लिए जानी जाती हैं। हरमा देवी का खेतों के प्रति अपार प्यार और समर्पण आज भी हमें प्रेरित करता है। उनकी लगन से बनेहरे–भरे खेत आज भी ऐसा अनाज उपजाते हैं, जो श्रेष्ठ गुणवत्ता की पहचान है।
इन महिलाओं का जीवन सरल है, लेकिन उनकी मेहनत में गहराई, जुनून और अपार प्रेम समाया हुआ है। वे परंपराओं को जीवित रखकरप्राकृतिक खेती को आने वाली पीढ़ियों तक पहुँचाने के लिए सतत प्रयासरत हैं।
LEELA गिरकुटीर आहार इन्हीं संघर्षशील पहाड़ी महिलाओं की मेहनत और समर्पण का प्रतीक है। उनकी लगन और धैर्य नेहिमालय की कठिन पर्वतीय ज़मीन को भी हरा–भरा और जीवनदायिनी बना दिया है।

हमारी पहाड़ी महिलाएँ – Leela, लक्ष्मी, कांती और हरमा देवी – अपनी लगन से कठिन पहाड़ी ज़मीन को हरा–भरा बनाती हैं। उनकीमेहनत से उपजे हरे–भरे खेत आज भी ऐसा अनाज देते हैं जो श्रेष्ठ गुणवत्ता और प्राकृतिक स्वाद का प्रतीक है।

Our vision is to reconnect people with the pure taste and nourishment of the Himalayas through organic millets, pulses, and traditional grains grown by dedicated women farmers. We aim to revive age-old farming wisdom, preserve biodiversity, and promote sustainable livelihoods in the hills.
Our mission is to deliver food that carries honesty from soil to plate — chemical-free, naturally grown, and full of authentic flavor. Every product we share reflects our belief in health, heritage, and harmony with nature.
